I've been making Passion Play costumes for the last week or so, off and on. Am finishing up the Pontius Pilate garment tonight. Just have to add the trim around the bottom of the garment and also hem the (LONG) drape (it's 5 yards long by about 30 inches wide). Then I need to attach matching trim around the perimeter of the drape.

Days of My Life! My only child just married, my elderly mother has moved in with me, and I'm dreaming of retiring in 4 or 5 years. Hoping to have more time for sewing, calligraphy, cooking lovely meals with fresh ingredients and herbs from my garden, and lots of other things that seem to get shoved to the background. And simplify -- I want to simplify!
